What is included in standard package?

Our standard package includes:

basic furniture (one high table and 2 high chairs)
catering vouchers and badges for 4 representatives
online profile
parking card
electricity connection (230V, max 300W)

When should I pay for an exhibition space?

In general, companies are asked to pay for a reservation within 3 working days. If your company is based outside Poland (that's where our bank accounts are) we, of course, can relax the requirement.

Are there any upgrade options or additional services one can order?

Additional services include increasing the power of the current electricity connection, a greater number of catering vouchers for the Exhibitors representatives, floor carpeting, more furniture or a comprehensive arrangement of the exhibition space including full print back wall and a counter.

Once your exhibition space is paid for, you'll gain access to your Exhibitor Panel with all the essential organizational details. We’ll also stay in touch regularly regarding logistics and ways to promote your participation. Closer to the event, you’ll also receive access to our networking app, making it easier to connect with attendees and other exhibitors.

How to benefit from public Exhibitors' Profile?

Your Exhibitor Profile is your company’s business card at the event – visitors use it to decide who they want to meet during the Expo. Stand out from the competition by adding an engaging description, clear offer, and up-to-date contact details. The more complete and compelling your profile is, the higher your chances of attracting valuable meetings and new business opportunities.

How will we benefit from the event BEFORE it happens?

Absolutely. The earlier you join as an Exhibitor, the sooner you’ll gain access to the Exhibitor Panel – your hub for downloading promotional assets, completing your online profile and getting access to the networking tools. The sooner your profile is ready, the sooner we can start promoting your company through our channels and the networking app.
