Support & Tweaks

You will have 15 minutes for your presentation and an additional 10 minutes for Q&A session. Extending the given presentation time will shorten Q&A session.

Obwohl die Teilnahme an den Präsentationen kostenlos ist, bemühen wir uns sicherzustellen, dass die Agenda mit Konferenzen konkurriert, für die Sie normalerweise teuer bezahlen müssen. Die eingeladenen Referenten setzen sich von Praktikern und erfahrenen Beratern zusammen. Nach langjähriger Erfahrung haben wir uns entschieden, ein breiteres Spektrum an Wissen in Form von kürzeren Präsentationen zu präsentieren. Eine solche Formel macht die Präsentationen zu einem Impuls für Gespräche hinter den Kulissen und spannende Fragen und Antworten Runden.

This year's edition will be exclusive, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of the talks.

Due to the limitations on the number of people who will be able to participate in the conference on the day of the event, after 2 weeks there will be a broadcast of the lectures with the possibility of a Speaker's chat with participants. This solution will guarantee reaching a wide group of interested parties in a safe way.

The number of lecture participants will be adjusted to the current recommendations. People who will not be able to listen to the lecture live will have the opportunity to participate in the online conference.

Two weeks after the event, an online conference will be held in the form of streaming of lectures with the possibility of a live chat of Speakers with Participants.

CHANGES DUE TO COVID19

The number of participants will be limited, which will contribute to increased safety and greater effectiveness of participation in the event.

The admission ticket will be sent via e-mail after the Organizer accepts the profile or if the Exhibitor accepts the meeting proposal from the Visitor.

**Competition Rules**

**1. Submission:**
* Submitting a presentation proposal is FREE of charge.
* A single company may submit more than 1 proposal. In the case of multiple submissions, the Organizer will select one to be admitted to the Competition.
* After the submission deadline, the Organizer will evaluate the proposals for content and categorize them thematically.
* Each proposal admitted for voting will be assigned to 1 category.

**2. Stage I: Committee Selection**

* The Organizer will select presentations with the highest value for attendees, considering criteria such as practicality, product neutrality, relevance, and innovation.
* Selected topics will be included in the agenda, bypassing Stage II of the Competition.

**3. Stage II: Public Voting**

* Proposals not selected in Stage I will automatically qualify for Stage II.
* Voting on individual presentations will be public and will require voters to have a LinkedIn account. LinkedIn account holders will be able to cast 1 vote for a specific presentation proposal.

**4. Winners**

* Presentation slots will be awarded to submissions that are in the TOP 2 by vote count in each category, provided that the number of votes for the submission exceeds 100.
* Stage types and presentation slot times are assigned by the Organizer.
* The number of votes received and the competition ranking do not influence the assignment of stage type and time.

We make every effort to support you throughout the entire presentation preparation process. You will receive assistance from a dedicated team member who will monitor your progress in delivering the presentation and guide you through the preparation process for the event.

Support

Your stage time is 25 minutes. We suggest allocating 15 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for a Q&A session with the audience. If your presentation exceeds 15 minutes, the Q&A session will be shortened accordingly.

We evaluate your proposal based on how well it fits our audience and its focus on the practical aspects of e-commerce. In addition to the speaker’s experience, we consider the presentation’s thesis, relevance, and innovation.
