FAQ

No! This is an open contest for anyone who would like to share their insights and have a chance of speaking on the E-commerce Warsaw Expo stage.

Participation in the competition and the awarded speaking slot are free of charge.

The competition consists of two stages:

  • Stage I: Committee Selection, where the most practical, product-neutral, relevant, and innovative submissions are selected.

  • Stage II: Public Voting, where the TOP 2 submissions from each category receive a slot in the agenda, provided they receive a minimum of 100 votes.

Yes, but only one speakers' proposal will be selected to vote.

Yes, absolutely, we even encourage you to do so! There’s nothing more convincing than a satisfied client/business partner on the stage with you: we’d love that to happen.

You will find a ranking on the Call for Papers website, available from the halfway through the competition till its end.

For us fair play is a value, not a buzzword. Our IT department will be closely monitoring the voting process. All the suspicious activities suggesting use of illegal tactics, tools, bots or simply buying votes will be investigated. After the investigation finds possible proofs of cheating, we will verify it and, if needed, cancel all the votes acquired using illegal methods. That particular submission might be terminated without any possibility to appeal. Our system is sensitive for any cheating attempts, so we don’t recommend cheating as it may result in your submission’s withdrawal.

Your stage time is 25 minutes. We suggest allocating 15 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for a Q&A session with the audience. If your presentation exceeds 15 minutes, the Q&A session will be shortened accordingly.
